- A $500.00 US deposit is due within 7 days of booking your trip, with the final payment due on April 1st. If your final payment is not received by May 1st, Dunlop's Lodge has the sole discretion to cancel the reservation and sell that spot to another party.
- All payments and deposits are non-refundable but can be deferred to a later reserved date with a 90-day notice. There are NO REFUNDS for no-shows. Should a cancellation become necessary after the trip has been paid and it is within 90 days of the trip, the payment will be deferred to a later date provided we can sell that spot. If the spot does not sell, only the deposit will be deferred to a later date.
- LIMIT OF LIABILITY: Trip prices are based on airfare from Thompson, MB on our regular scheduled chartered flight. Dunlop's Fly-In Lodge shall not be held liable for any loss of fishing time or additional expenses incurred as a result of flight delays, missed flights (including our chartered flight), or cancellations due to weather or strikes by any company that we have as agents, including any event beyond the control of Dunlop's Fly-In Lodge. Dunlop's Fly-In Lodge can not be held liable for any hazards of any kind incurred during your trip.*
