Added to the cost of the trip will be applicable sales taxes. A deposit of $500 is due within 7 days of the booking date and final payment is due by April 1st.
All payments are in U.S. funds. Cheques can be made out to Dunlop's Lodge and sent to: Box 32 Grp 35 RR2, Ste. Anne, MB., Canada, R5H-1R2
Terms and Conditions

Deposits are due 7 days from booking the trip. Invoices will be sent out March 1st, with the remaining balance being due on April 1st. If your final payment is not received by May 1st. Dunlop's has the sole discretion to cancel the reservation and sell that spot to another party. Should a cancelation become necessary by either the guest for any reason or by Dunlop's due to ice conditions, all payments and deposits are non refundable but can be deferred to a later reserved date the same year. There are no refunds for no-shows. We strongly recommend travel insurance! We recommend Travel Guard 1-800-826-4919 or www.travelguard.com/Sportsmans . It is the responsibility of the guest to cover themselves with trip insurance.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY: Trip prices are based on airfare from Thompson, MB on our regular scheduled chartered flight. Dunlop's Fly-In Lodge shall not be held liable for any loss of fishing time or additional expenses incurred as a result of flight delays, missed flights (including our chartered flight), or cancellations due to ice-outs, weather or strikes by any company that we have as agents, including any event beyond the control of Dunlop's Fly-In Lodge. Dunlop's Fly-In Lodge can not be held liable for any hazards of any kind incurred during your trip.
